Volunteering
We provide paid volunteering time for colleagues
to support community projects around our
depots and facilities or project sites.
Our Outcome Day scheme enables employees to
deliver local improvements, provide educational
opportunities and engage with local groups
and events.
A key part of our social value approach is
repurposing assets to maximise their community
benefit. Working with clients, suppliers and local
