In 2025, we continued to invest in innovative
building solutions and technologies that
deliver environmental and social benefits.
As our fleet modernises and the number
of GreenSpace units increases, operational
performance continues to improve.
HIGHLIGHTS

Continued with the roll out of reusable
transport sheets into our fleet for modular
based building systems (AVflex, PSflex
and PMflex)

Continued our work with academia and
the MPBA to present a clear evidence
base to help shape our approach to
energy management and our wider social
value ambitions
•
Collaborated with the Energy Innovation
Agency and other partners to pilot
projects and trial technologies to tackle
energy wastage and carbon emissions
