Building Information Modelling
Our main factory in Kenfig, Wales has recently achieved certification to ISO 19650 – Building Information
Modelling (BIM). By enabling precise planning and resource management, BIM has allowed for sustainable
construction practices to be optimised through accurate material quantification which reduces waste and
optimised workflows to minimise energy consumption during manufacturing. As a modular building manufacturer,
BIM has provided Wernick with a digital representation of a building’s physical and functional characteristics,
ensuring that the design, build and install of the building is efficient.
Eisteddfod Genedlaethol yr Urdd
Wernick Events provided a complete welfare solution for the 2025 Urdd National Eisteddfod at Margam Country
Park, supporting crew working behind the scenes. We supplied 15 RestPods each equipped with a shower,
toilet and twin sleeping compartments. Wernick also supplied custom kitchenette units, waste tanks, jacklegs
and access steps. Careful delivery, installation and derig ensured compliance with on-site health and safety
requirements. Our responsive service and high-quality facilities delivered comfortable, practical accommodation
that received excellent feedback.

customers in achieving their carbon reduction targets with practical, cost-effective site accommodation.
