5.3 Project donations
Wernick Hire donates cabin to support local schools library
Wernick Group recently made a significant
contribution to Springwell Primary School in
Washington by donating a 32ft cabin, which now
serves as a much-needed library for the school’s
pupils. The donation was facilitated through
a collaboration with JN Bentley, who reached
out to Wernick on behalf of the school to help
provide additional learning space.
Delivered from Wernick Hire’s Dunston depot, the cabin
quickly became a valued resource for the students and
staff alike. It has provided the school with a flexible
learning environment, ensuring students have the room
they need to thrive academically. This project is an
example of Wernick’s ongoing commitment to make a
positive impact on the communities where they operate.
Refurbished units donated to Salford City Roosters Rugby Club
Wernick Hire supports local rugby club, Salford
City Roosters, by donating a fully refurbished
32ft portable unit and a 20ft storage container.
This contribution addresses the club’s growing
need for additional space and resources.
This initiative was made possible through collaboration
with our client Eric Wright Construction, with the donation
set to benefit the rugby club for years to come.
The total value of donations delivered for the project
amounts to nearly £10,000 with several other legacy
benefits being created.
Turnstile donation to Football Clubs

Son Ltd, donated three refurbished turnstiles

improving match-day operations and crowd
management.

with support from MPB STRUCTURES, Football
Supporters’ Association and Energy Innovation Agency.
Over six tonnes of materials were repurposed, reinforcing
