5.4 Charitable contributions
5.5 Wernick Charity Fund Matching Scheme
Every year the Wernick Group partners with charity
organisations providing monetary support and resources,
helping them deliver projects and services within the
communities where we work.
To encourage and support our employees in their
charitable interests, we offer a Charity Fund Matching
Scheme for all employees who take part in activities to
raise money, providing up to £1,000 for each event.
Easter donation to The Trussell Trust Port Talbot
Wernick’s Marketing Department organised an Easter
Egg donation for their local food bank based in Port
Talbot.
The staff based in Kenfig Buildings offices and factory were
incredibly generous donating both funds and chocolate eggs.
Contractors ‘Pursey & Ball, Solar Centric and EFS Services also
contributed a significant donation, bringing the total donation to
approximately 200 Easter eggs.
Nicki completes a fun run with her son in aid of a local children’s hospice
Nicki Bennett, Regional Manager took part in Norwich’s
charity Bubble Rush alongside her son Ralphie.
Fundraising for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice, who
offer a family-centred, needs-led approach to care.

Nicki raised an incredible £620 for East Anglia’s Children’s
Hospice, with the first £310 being matched by the Wernick’s
Charity Fund Matching Scheme.
