In 2024, we celebrated another record year in delivering successful social value outcomes
across the communities within which we operate. Our colleagues, customers and suppliers are a
testament to this, helping us to maximise the value of what we are creating whilst ensuring that
we continually innovate our offering of social outcome solutions.
I am also pleased to launch our new Group social value plan which provides a framework for how
we deliver on our 6 pillars of social value and measure and evidence the additional value and
impacts that we are creating across our operating centres and projects. Through engaging with
our local communities and stakeholders we have a number of exciting initiatives which we are
launching in 2025, helping us to further identify and deliver the value where it is needed most.
